Hello everyone! I am a Physical Science, Algebra, & Biology teacher. I have found the use of technology an integral part keeping my classes engaged and on task. They even question the use of textbooks. They can't stand them. They feel that using them is work and that web 2.0 use isn't work. Anyone have that situation?

    Mrs. C,
    Do you feel that books are still needed with the use of technology? When your students see the information they need by using the web, are they able to find it easily? No more excuses about losing their homework or classwork?

    Yes, I do feel we still need books in the classroom. I believe that they should be abole to use traditional as well as the latested in technology. I don't believe that the classroom will ever be a paperless setting.
